    An adventure of smoked meats and classic hand made sides.

    Hours and hours go into our meat. The wood, the fire, the unforgiving heat and permeating smoke - we truly love what we do. It is everything you love about your hometown smoked meats with all the big flavor only a chef can bring.

    We use a mixture of red oak and hickory. Red oak creates a medium to heavy smoke and a long burn. Hickory has a heavy hand with its smoke. The combination of the two brings a distinctly rich flavor to the meat.
