Guided Meditation and Sound Bath

Embark on a journey into your own personal energy through an easy-to-follow guided meditation and sound bath collaboration. We will begin in the community room of our beautiful historic building, where you can find a deeper connection with your energetic body as you listen, relax, and feel the sound of the crystal singing bowls moving through you. Meditation can help reduce your level of overwhelm by teaching you to relax. Most participants feel refreshed, renewed, and deeply connected by the journey’s end. You will have the opportunity to expand your awareness and deepen your relationship with your own experience. Please bring a blanket and a pillow.
