We are excited to invite you and your team to participate in the upcoming Hospitality Training Workshop, hosted by the City Advertising and Promotions Commission (CAPC) in collaboration with the Eureka Springs Chamber of Commerce. This free workshop is designed to equip area employees with the skills needed to provide exceptional hospitality and customer service, ensuring we all deliver unforgettable experiences for our visitors this season.

Special Management Session

Workshop Highlights

Day 1: Begins at 8:00 AM with Breakfast, followed by interactive sessions on guest experience, customer interaction, and role-play scenarios. The day concludes at 1:00 PM.

Day 2: Begins with a Continental Breakfast at 8:00 AM, featuring venue visits to explore local hospitality practices. Managers will simultaneously attend the Management Breakfast, focusing on 2025 strategies, event planning, staff training, and customer service best practices. The day concludes with a fun team-building activity and wraps up at 1:00 PM.
All participants will receive a completion certificate, have a chance to win a raffle prize, and take home some exciting swag.
